The following positions form the planned team structure of Care Learn Hub. Each role plays an important part in safeguarding, education, wellbeing and daily operations, helping to ensure children receive a safe, enriching and high-quality after-school experience.
Safeguarding Lead
Committed strongly to children safety and wellbeing, ensures that all safeguarding standards are upheld and every child thrives in a secure, nurturing, and culturally enriching environment.
Builds confidence in French and mathematics through structured and engaging sessions that encourage curiosity and steady academic progress.
Study Skills Lead
Manages daily homework sessions, teaches effective study habits, and ensures children understand and complete their school tasks confidently and correctly.
Coordinator
Coordinates daily operations, resources and refreshments to help create a welcoming, organised and positive environment for children.
Cleaning Lead
Maintains a clean and welcoming space where children can learn and grow in a well-organised environment every day.
DBS stands for Disclosure and Barring Service, the UK government body responsible for checking criminal records and helping prevent unsuitable individuals from working with children.
An Enhanced DBS check is the highest level of check available. It includes both spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and any additional information held by the police.
Every member of our team holds an Enhanced DBS check, giving families the confidence that children are supported in a safe, secure and carefully supervised environment.
