Frequently asked questions

What important details do parents absolutely need to know before enrolling their child?

Before enrolling, parents need these five practical details to ensure a smooth start at Care Learn Hub:

  • Registration essentials: A completed Registration & Consent Form must be submitted to us before your child’s first day.
  • The school pick-up: You must confirm your child's school is on our "Walking Bus" route so we can coordinate the safe collection of your child.
  • Student benefits: If you are a student parent, you must provide a copy of your Student ID at enrolment to activate your 10% discount.
  • Daily kit: Every child needs a refillable water bottle and comfortable trainers/sports clothing daily for our coached football and gym sessions.
  • Payment & funding: We are a registered provider, so have your Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Grant details ready if you plan to use government support to cover fees.

Which unique features or benefits would you like to highlight to parents?

Highlight these four unique benefits to stand out to parents:

  • The "work-free" evening: By 19:00 your child is collected (with the option of home drop-off), exercised, taught, and fed a hot meal, giving you back quality family time.
  • Elite skills: We offer premium activities like pro-sports coaching and French pastry masterclasses that usually cost extra elsewhere.
  • Urban independence: Our "Journeys by Bus" program is unique, teaching kids to navigate London safely and confidently through visits to parks and museums.
  • Student support: Our 10% discount and late hours specifically help student parents balance their degree and childcare.

What are the most common questions parents ask you about your After-school club?

  • "What is for dinner?" They want to know the Supper Club menu is healthy and can handle allergies.
  • "How do I get the student discount?" Parents ask what proof (like a Student ID) is needed for the 10% off.
